VOLUNTEER
If
you would like to volunteer your time, we always
need reliable people to do a variety of chores
in the months leading up to Guitar Fest as well
as during the week of the festival itself. Fund
raising events must be organized, advertising
sponsorships gathered, promotional materials distributed,
musicians must be transported, venue gates must
be manned by volunteers, and a thousand little
tasks performed behind the scenes to make each
festival a success. We need you! If you have a
car that can be used for errands and musician/equipment
transport, volunteers with their own transportation
are especially needed.
Without
the help of volunteers, Guitar Fest would not
be possible. There is a tremendous amount of work
to be done to organize and arrange a week-long
festival such as the Zihuatanejo International
Guitar Festival, but a lot of fun to be had in
the process, as well! We are very grateful to
those able and willing to offer their time and
efforts in this regard. Bi-lingual Volunteers
are especially needed.
